Our villa, called Disney Mouse House, was built by RD&C Homes, a renowned designer-build Orlando builder whose homes are built with a lot of attention to detail. In comparison to other villas in Orlando, it is very spacious (with nearly 3200 square feet under cover), has its own large private pool, a significant amount of lanai (patio) space - all covered by a fine mesh bird/insect screen. It has also been upgraded significantly to give high levels of comfort and provides real added value for money. Being owned by us, and let directly by the us, there are no agent's 'mark-ups'.
